CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver

Average Pay: $1,300-$1,600 weekly

Home Time: Weekly

Experience Required: Minimum 3 months CDL driving experience

Overview:

• Transport hardware merchandise using liftgate trailers.
• Unload cargo primarily with pallet jacks (95%), with some hand unloading (5%).
• Complete 2 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.
• Drive through AR, CO, IA, KS, MO, NE, NM, OK, and TX.

Pay and Bonus Potential:

• Receive mileage pay and load pay, along with hourly pay for on-duty time not spent driving.
• Earn weekly performance bonuses.
• Benefit from a $5,000 sign-on bonus, distributed across 12 monthly payments within your first year for experienced drivers.
• Enjoy paid orientation and time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay annually.
• Annual bonus opportunity: Earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Obtain a HazMat endorsement within 60 days of hire, with support from Schneider's self-paced online certification training.
• Live within 70 miles of Atchison, KS.
• Have a minimum of 3 months of Class A driving experience.
