Philadelphia, PA law firm is seeking an experienced full-time Litigation Litigation Attorney
Our client, a boutique litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its plaintiff-side practice focused on personal injury and employment law. The firm is known for its strategic, high-quality approach to litigation, prioritizing thoughtful case development, strong client relationships, and optimal outcomes over high-volume case handling.
This role is ideal for an attorney who values hands-on litigation experience, meaningful client interaction, and a collaborative in-office environment.
Qualifications
PA license required; NJ license preferred
2-14 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury (plaintiff-side experience preferred).
Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions and trial preparation.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team.
Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a commitment to client advocacy and results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage cases from intake through resolution, including strategy development and client communication.
Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Take and defend depositions, and actively participate in court proceedings and trials.
Maintain close, consistent communication with clients to ensure a high-quality client experience.
Develop case strategies with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strong advocacy and successful case outcomes.

Salary: 100-150k, negotiable & commensurate with experience
