Job Summary

In this role, you will provide personalized skincare treatments and recommend products to help clients achieve their skin health goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their skills in both aesthetics and dermatology while contributing to the growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform skin and body treatments including facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, chemical peels, and more
• Educate clients on skincare routines and best practices
• Recommend products tailored to individual client needs
• Build strong client relationships through excellent service and communication
• Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms in accordance with safety standards
• Promote services and contribute to patient growth and retention

Qualifications

• Valid Esthetician license (required)
• Minimum of 2 years of esthetician experience (required)
• Experience with skincare equipment such as Hydrafacial or Cryoskin preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare techniques and treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Dermatology experience is a plus
