Wanted immediately: A strong, clean cut individual to deliver (including driving duties, Valid Driver's license with clean record required, NO CDL required) and set up Ethan Allen furniture in our customers' homes ensuring our customers a fantastic Ethan Allen experience. We are looking for people who are team players as well as people who possess good leadership qualities
Warehouse,Showroom and Site Property Duties to include, but not limited to:
Assisting in customer pickups, loading for deliveries, transferring furniture throughout the showroom and hanging pictures, mirrors, accessories to maintain displays, general maintenance and organization of the warehouses (cardboard, foam, trash, etc). Unloading weekly truck shipments, inventory control procedures, Seasonal outdoor property maintenence. All warehouse employees must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift heavy furniture. Must be able to operate vehicle in a safe and courteous manner. Responsible for the condition of truck and to write monthly truck maintenance reports.. All full time employees are eligible for benefits after 12 months of employment.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test a must. Also subject to random drug testing after hired. Guaranteed hourly wage ($20-25 per hour to start) based on prior experience. Flexible hours Monday through Friday...no weekends.
