This role involves assessing risks, controlling access, and ensuring comprehensive documentation to protect property and individuals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to deter and detect suspicious activities
• Drive between properties to monitor security conditions
• Check parking passes and manage unauthorized vehicles, including booting or coordinating towing
• Report incidents accurately and promptly
• Control access to property and restricted areas
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed
• Inspect property to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Engage professionally with customers and visitors
• Maintain detailed documentation and communication logs
• Assess risks and implement appropriate security measures

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years in security operations
• Clean driving record
• Proficiency in surveillance techniques
• Strong report writing skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts effectively
