Sleep Medicine Physician Needed on Monterey Coast!
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $380000.00 - $380000.00

A mission-driven, non-profit health system on California’s Central Coast is seeking a Sleep Medicine Physician to join its growing and collaborative outpatient program. This is a newly created position driven by strong patient demand, offering a highly desirable 4-day workweek, no call, and the opportunity to be part of a well-supported, multidisciplinary team in a beautiful coastal community.

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient practice with no hospital call

• 4-day workweek with dedicated administrative time

• Weekly rotation reviewing referrals for home sleep studies

• New position offering strong growth and program expansion

• Established team of 1 full-time MD, 2 part-time MDs, and 1 full-time PA

• Clinic located near the medical center and sleep lab for seamless workflow

• Collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong referral base

Compensation & Benefits

• $380K Base Salary

• RVU productivity model ($62/RVU)

• $50K recruitment incentive

• 4 weeks PTO
