Point Quest Group is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department within the Education / Teaching / Administration industry. In this role, you will provide high-quality, individualized psychological and behavioral support to students across diverse educational settings, helping them access learning, build independence, and achieve meaningful outcomes. You will work as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with educators, related service providers, and families to design and implement effective interventions that support academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success. As a School Psychologist with Point Quest Group, you will conduct comprehensive psychoeducational and behavioral assessments, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and adaptive evaluations. You will interpret assessment data, prepare clear and thorough reports, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. You will actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans, ensuring each student’s unique strengths and needs are addressed. Using Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), you will design and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that promote positive skill development, self-regulation, and engagement in learning. You will provide individual and group counseling services that address social skills, emotional regulation, anxiety, coping strategies, and other mental health needs impacting school performance. In collaboration with teachers and administrators, you will consult on classroom strategies, accommodations, and evidence-based interventions, helping to create supportive and inclusive learning environments. You will contribute to crisis response and safety planning as needed, conducting risk assessments and working with school teams to ensure student well-being. Point Quest Group offers a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative culture that values innovation, professional growth, and diversity. You will be encouraged to share your expertise, participate in reflective practice, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in school psychology, special education, and behavioral health. Our environment is dynamic and team-oriented, offering opportunities to work in both school and clinic-based settings, with a hybrid blend of on-site and limited remote responsibilities depending on program needs. In this position, you will maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards, state and federal regulations, and Point Quest Group policies. You will uphold all requirements related to IDEA, Section 504, and related special education laws, while modeling culturally responsive practices in assessment, consultation, and intervention. You will manage a diverse caseload, prioritize tasks effectively, and use data to guide decision-making and measure outcomes. Working at Point Quest Group means being part of a mission-driven organization focused on helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of students and their families while continuing to develop your own professional skills. This full-time role is best suited for a School Psychologist who is collaborative, flexible, and passionate about student-centered, evidence-based practice, and who thrives in a setting where teamwork, growth, and meaningful impact are at the core of everyday work.
