Payrate: $50.00 - $53.00/hr.
Summary: We are looking for a passionate individual who is dedicated to solving complex business problems through thoughtful, user-centered design. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, engineers, and customers to shape products from discovery through implementation. You will lead the design of intuitive enterprise experiences by understanding customer needs, conducting research, gathering requirements, and translating complex business processes into elegant product solutions. The ideal candidate combines exceptional UX and visual design skills with strong product thinking, systems thinking, and an AI-native mindset that accelerates research, design, and collaboration.
Responsibilities: - Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for enterprise web applications from concept through implementation.
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate product solutions.
- Design end-to-end workflows that simplify complex business processes and improve customer efficiency.
- Apply interaction design, visual design, accessibility, and design system best practices to create consistent, scalable experiences.
- Balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints when designing solutions.
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback, user research, and usability testing.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system, design standards, and UX best practices.
- Continuously improve collaboration, product quality, and team processes.
Qualifications: - 7 years of experience designing digital products, enterprise software, or SaaS applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience designing complex workflows for enterprise or B2B products.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design and prototyping tools.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Skills: - Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$50.00 - $53.00 /hour . As a non-exempt position, this role will be eligible for overtime, at 1.5 times the base rate, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
