Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Cargo Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a cargo van or sprinter van safely and in compliance with all traffic lawsPick up and deliver goods to various locations in a timely manner
Follow assigned routes and schedules provided by dispatch
Load and unload cargo, ensuring items are handled with care
Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate records
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (MVR)
Must be 21 years or older
Ability to pass a background check and DOT medical card
Prior delivery or cargo van driving experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs as needed
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with courier services, logistics, or route driving
Familiarity with GPS navigation and routing apps
Knowledge of local and regional delivery areas
Experience handling time-sensitive or high-value deliveries
