Projects include high end residential, master planned communities, parks, major retail, schools, public facilities, trails and model homes.


Job Responsibilities Include :

• Collaboration with the team
• Support for principal architect
• Submitting construction drawings to city for approval
• Project management
• Detail design development

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-8 years of related experience
• High level AutoCAD proficiency
• Photoshop and Sketch Up experience a plus
• Strong hand sketching
• Outstanding Design and Graphic Skills
• High level active listening skills
• Problem solving
• Great project management, organizational, support and communication skills
