About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Human Resources to spearhead the people strategy during a pivotal phase of growth. This role is instrumental in building the HR function from the ground up, with a focus on designing and implementing the necessary processes, systems, and practices to support the organization's expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including but not limited to, HR function build-out, talent acquisition and development, culture and employee engagement, organizational design, and HR operations. A hands-on, operational approach is essential, as is the ability to partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. Candidates for the Head of HR position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree and have 10-15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a regulated industry. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong work ethic, high energy, and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience in talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational design is a must, with a preference for those who have supported or led M&A diligence and post-acquisition integration. The ideal candidate will be a pragmatic partner, comfortable in an ambiguous environment, and capable of building credible relationships across the organization. Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed are also key qualifications for this role.
