Intern Job Title Corporate Legal Intern Project Description The intern will support corporate governance, entity management, and public company compliance activities. Responsibilities include maintaining corporate and subsidiary records, preparing board and committee materials, drafting resolutions, and assisting with SEC reporting workflows.
