Our cat, Smoky, is easy and our dog, Ruth, is very well behaved. She can be left alone for a while if she's had a chance to run around and get tired. She's never spent the night alone so the sitter would have to stay over each night. Our cat is easy and our dog is well behaved, she's not high energy but does enjoy walks and going to the park. You could make yourself at home and have access to skis, snowboard, climbing gear, mountain bike, or road bike! This is a split level home with 2 apts, we're upstairs and there's a tenant downstairs. There's lots of natural light and a view of the mountains. There's everything you'd need in the kitchen with dishwasher, standard bathroom, in unit laundry, portable window AC, swamp cooler, central heating, Ring doorbell. 2 bedrooms with desks, dining area, and living area with a comfy couch and TV with streaming. Fast internet. Grocery store is around the corner, big cottonwood and little cottonwood canyons are maybe 20 min to the bottom without traffic if you like to ski, climb, mtn bike, trail run, or hike.
