LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Educator for a travel nursing job in Portland, Oregon.

Work Schedule & Location Requirements:

• Schedule: Variable, with intermittent remote options
• Location Requirement:
  • Must reside in Oregon or Washington , within the Portland–Vancouver metro area
  • Must live within a 100-mile radius of OHSU main campus and clinics

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or current enrollment in a Master’s program
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of RN experience in a related clinical area
• Licensure & Certifications:
  • RN License required
    • 90-day exemption allowed if application has been submitted to the nursing board
  • BLS (AHA) – Required
  • Nursing Professional Certification – Required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing Education
• Experience:
  • 2 years of recent leadership experience

  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
  • System Program Management
  • ANCC Program Accreditation experience
  • NPD-BC Certification

• Experience in developing and implementing education and training initiatives
• Strong capability in professional role development, mentorship, and coaching
• Involvement in research, quality improvement (QI), and evidence-based practice (EBP)

• Commitment to health equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in clinical education and practice
