TKC Logistics Specialist (Bilingual in English and Korean)

Roanoke, TX

Responsibilities

• Assign jobs or loads to drivers, technicians, or field staff based on location, availability, and skills
• Coordinate schedules and route plans for efficiency and timely delivery/service
• Receive and prioritize calls or requests for service, shipments, or assistance
• Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various communication channels
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently
• Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service
• Strive consistently to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality customer support
• Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to take on additional hours during peak periods

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Multitasking & time management under pressure
• Problem-solving skills for route changes, emergencies, and conflicts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of industry-specific regulations
• Familiarity with dispatching software
• Ability to communicate in Korean is a plus
