At Superior Trailer, we’re looking for a driven Store Manager to lead trailer sales, parts, and service operations while building a high-performing team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do Lead and grow trailer sales, parts, and service revenue Drive customer satisfaction and create a strong team culture Manage daily store operations, inventory, staffing, and profitability Coach and develop employees to achieve sales and service goals Oversee parts inventory, warranty processes, trailer displays, and service operations Ensure safety, cleanliness, compliance, and operational excellence throughout the store What We’re Looking For Experience in trailer, automotive, RV, or related dealership operations Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills Knowledge of trailer parts, service, and inventory management preferred Experience with CRM/DMS systems and Microsoft Office Motivated, organized, and results-driven leader Valid driver’s license required Why Join Superior Trailer?
