Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Two talented Special Education Teachers are needed near Circle Pines, MN, to pioneer an innovative district model. This unique position calls for dedicated educators holding both Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary Special Education licensure, ready to make a difference from September 2, 2026, through June 4, 2027.

Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota teaching license with both Early Childhood Special Education and Elementary Special Education endorsements
• Experience working in school-based settings with students across early childhood and elementary age groups
• Commitment to inclusive, differentiated instruction and collaborative educational practices
• Strong skills in documentation, IEP implementation, and family engagement
• Enthusiasm for adapting to new teaching models and contributing to program development

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and supports to students qualifying for both early childhood and elementary special education services
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and address diverse needs
• Maintain regular communication with families and staff to support student progress
• Participate in ongoing professional development aligned with district and licensing requirements
• Collaborate in data-driven decision making to refine and improve instructional models
