Eastern Realm Solutions is seeking a Senior Team Review SME to provide independent, senior-level validation and oversight of contractor and program deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation across mission, technical, and governance domains. The role is advisory and evaluative, not delivery ownership.

Core Responsibilities

Independent Review & Validation

  • Conduct independent reviews of program, technical, and management deliverables for quality, completeness, and compliance
  • Validate alignment with PWS requirements, federal policies, and program objectives
  • Identify deficiencies, risks, and gaps and provide corrective recommendations
Standards, Governance & Risk Oversight
  • Define and enforce review standards, methodologies, and evaluation criteria
  • Assess program governance structures, controls, and reporting effectiveness
  • Identify and mitigate operational, technical, schedule, and compliance risks
Senior Advisory & Executive Assessment
  • Provide executive-level assessments and briefings to government leadership
  • Translate complex program, technical, or compliance issues into actionable insights
  • Support decision-making through objective analysis and recommendations
Mentorship & Team Guidance
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, SMEs, and reviewers
  • Ensure consistency and rigor across review activities
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex issues
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Collaborate with PMs, DPMs, acquisition staff, technical SMEs, and cybersecurity SMEs
  • Ensure review activities are synchronized with program timelines and priorities
Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of senior-level experience in one or more domains:
    • Program governance
    • Acquisition oversight
    • IT / systems modernization
    • Cybersecurity governance
    • Federal operations or compliance
  • Prior federal experience (civilian agency, DoD, or federal contractor)
  • Demonstrated ability to perform independent validation and executive-level assessments
  • Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Prior DoD experience (military, civilian, or contractor)
  • Experience with audits, CPARS, OIG reviews, or independent assessments
  • Experience mentoring or leading senior review teams
