Oversee inventory and estimates of food and beverage costs Schedule all front-of-house suite team members for events Assist with the hiring, training, and development of the suite team members Review financial information and monitor budgets to ensure efficient operations Inspect suites, kitchen, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to More About You Minimum 18 years of age Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience required Strong knowledge of food and wine Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss statements Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Physical Requirements Standing and walking for the entire length of the shift Ability to lift to 50 pounds Shift Details Day shifts Evening shifts Events Holidays Weekends Monday–Friday Who We Are Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and retail services at Petco Park since 2004.
