Looking for skilled Pipefitters and Apprentices to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and assembling piping systems in an industrial environment. The Pipefitter will work with a variety of materials and must possess a strong understanding of codes and standards related to piping systems. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble piping systems according to specifications and codes.
• Perform pipe threading and fitting tasks to ensure proper connections.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment for cutting, bending, and joining pipes.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues with existing piping systems and perform necessary repairs.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to pipefitting techniques.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimates.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards governing pipe installation.
• Experience with hand tools used in pipe assembly and fitting tasks.
• Competent in blueprint reading for accurate installation planning.
• Capable of building complex piping systems while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years of pipefitting experience
• Dependable transportation
• Own tools
• Ability to work 60+ hours per week, including Saturday
• Pre-Employment Background Check Required

Working Hours

• 10 hour shifts - Required
• Mandatory Overtime

Salary Range:

• $26 - $41/hr - Based on Experience
