Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training)

Your frontline nursing knowledge will directly shape how AI interprets and supports patient care - making healthcare AI safer, smarter, and more accurate.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You set your schedule.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real nursing workflows
• Review and annotate healthcare scenarios, EHR documentation examples, and clinical decision pathways
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to nursing practice
• Translate your hands-on clinical experience into structured feedback that improves AI model quality
• Assess how well AI systems reflect real-world use of EHR platforms like Epic or Cerner
• Work independently and asynchronously - on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with active or recent practice experience
• Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and clinical documentation workflows
• Strong analytical mindset - able to spot inaccuracies and explain why they matter
• Clear written communication skills with the ability to provide structured, actionable feedback
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing education
• Background in data annotation, quality assurance, or clinical auditing
• Familiarity with AI tools or language model evaluation
• Specialty experience in areas such as critical care, emergency nursing, or med-surg
