Salary: $66,000 - 106,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking someone with at least five years of recent experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technology, including two end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations focused on data conversion and integrations.
• We need a bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• You should have deep hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Reports.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, advanced Excel functions such as Pivot and VLookup, VBA macro development, Microsoft Project, and Oracle Cloud data conversion and integration tools is essential.
• You must be able to lead and work effectively with offshore teams and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
• You should be willing to travel as needed.
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

• We lead technical delivery for Cloud HCM implementation projects, including data conversion, integrations, extensions, and fast formulas.
• We develop data conversion and integration strategies for Oracle HCM Cloud solutions aligned to client requirements.
• We prepare high-level and detailed technical project plans and schedules for the construct phase, including data mapping workshops and integration design sessions, and we review technical SDLC deliverables before client submission.
• We partner with functional consultants to assess how configuration decisions affect data conversion and integrations, while also guiding offshore technical teams.
• We manage project technical work within scope, budget, and timeline, and we regularly report progress and issues to the Project Manager.
• We oversee SDLC activities through recurring stakeholder calls and dashboards, coordinate with the client technical lead, and troubleshoot and remediate technical issues.
