Responsibilities Actively seek out and engage Mortgage Loan Officer prospects. Build and maintain strong relationships within the Mortgage industry. Contribute to achieving sales quotas and business growth. Collaborate with team members to identify and pursue new opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field. 1-3 years of sales experience. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Experience working in a call center environment. Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships. Excellent interpersonal skills; highly self-motivated. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Competitive in nature.
