We are a creative collective of architects, designers, planners, and thinkers who believe that great design contributes to the life of a community. Our work spans civic, cultural, housing, higher‑education, health, aviation, urban living, and workplace environments — each grounded in human experience and purpose‑driven design excellence. Present design concepts, material boards, and procurement recommendations with confidence and clarity. Facilitate client workshops, programming sessions, and design reviews as appropriate to each project. Coordination & Construction Administration Coordinate with architects and vendors to ensure design intent is upheld through construction and installation. Conduct regular site visits; review submittals, RFIs, and product samples to ensure specification compliance. Navigate public‑sector project requirements including prevailing wage, state procurement rules, and public bidding processes. Quality & Innovation Stay current with industry trends, emerging materials, sustainable products, and technologies relevant to civic and library design. Champion Engberg Anderson's commitment to thoughtful, context‑responsive, and community‑centered design on every project.
