Position Summary
The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs that support employee performance, compliance, and organizational needs. This role assesses training needs, translates operational and regulatory requirements into effective learning solutions, and delivers engaging instructional content across multiple formats.
