Location: New York, NY 10017
Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $30 – $38/hr
Contract: 3 Months
Requirements:
✔ MUST HAVE 2+ years of Talent Sourcing experience in a hospital setting
✔ High School Diploma/GED required (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred)
Role Overview:
The Talent Sourcer supports Recruiters by identifying and attracting best-in-class candidates. This role focuses on sourcing for similar-type job class positions and hard-to-fill roles using multiple sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate high-quality candidates for assigned openings
• Actively mine Taleo and other online job sites to source resumes
• Utilize databases, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and social media to build talent pipelines
• Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate fit, qualifications, and interest
• Maintain a talent pool of passive candidates for future hiring needs
• Update recruiting systems (Taleo) with candidate status
• Provide support with onboarding and assist the team as needed
• Participate in sourcing activities such as networking, job fairs, and open houses
• Perform other duties as assigned
