This is a full-time Healthcare Recruiter role operating in a hybrid work model, based in Perrysburg, OH, with some work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The recruiter will also provide exceptional customer service and communication while addressing client needs and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

• Knowledge and experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting practices
• Strong skills in Hiring practices and candidate placement
• Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and build strong client relationships
• Effective written and verbal Communication skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry or human resources is a plus
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including both on-site and remote work
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
