About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Human Resources to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key business partner to the CEO, responsible for building a scalable and fit-for-purpose HR function that can support the organization's significant growth. This role requires a hands-on approach to designing and leading a high-impact HR function, including organization design, leadership capability, and the development of people systems, policies, and processes. The Head of HR will also be tasked with ensuring compliance within a public, regulated healthcare environment and will play a pivotal role in succession planning and fostering a strong company culture. Applicants for this role must have a background in healthcare, pharmacy, life sciences, telehealth, or regulated DTC/e-commerce, with a proven track record in high-growth and public company environments. The ideal candidate will be adept at building from the ground up, commercially minded, and execution-focused. In-person collaboration is highly valued, and the role is office-based. The Head of HR will be expected to own all aspects of the HR function, including compensation, benefits, performance management, and development frameworks, and to lead a team that is dedicated to the company's values and accountability.
