Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated GMP quality technician to join our team, focusing on inspecting coffee beans. The role involves overseeing the quality control process for coffee that is roasted in-house, ensuring the highest standards are met both pre and post roast.

Responsibilities

• Inspect coffee beans for color, taste, smell, texture, and packaging.
• Ensure all labels, brands, and seals meet quality standards.
• Work on the production floor in the quality control area.

• Experience in production and organizing workflows.
• Proficiency in quality checks and quality inspection.
• Strong GMP knowledge or experience.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or GMP inspection experience.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

This role is based in an indoor, brand new manufacturing facility, providing a modern and clean environment for our quality-focused operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
