Production Operator – Weekly Pay + $1,500 Sign‑On Bonus!

✅ 12‑Hour Day Shift | $20.50/hr | $1,500 Sign‑On Bonus

We’re hiring motivated, hands‑on Production Operators to join our client’s growing manufacturing team! This role offers steady hours, competitive pay, excellent benefits, and real opportunities to build long‑term skills in an active industrial environment.

You’ll work in the Offline and Extrusion departments , supporting production lines, handling materials, and ensuring high‑quality finished products. If you enjoy working with tools, staying active, and being part of a team that gets things done—this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble steel reels using hand and power tools
• Prepare, stage, and manage materials throughout production
• Feed production lines and handle scrap for recycling or disposal
• Operate grinders, extrusion machines, and related equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Wrap finished products neatly and evenly onto reels
• Cut and route conduit ends as needed
• Package and label products for shipment
• Perform team lifting and heavy material handling
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform quality inspections and machine operations
• Comfortable in a loud, non‑climate‑controlled environment

Nice to Have:

• Construction or automotive experience
• Familiarity with extrusion equipment and measuring tools
• Experience using grinders and impact guns
• Team‑oriented, proactive work style

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $43680.00/yr.
