Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. This role involves working in various areas including sanitation and hand-casing, as well as pan handling. Candidates must be comfortable working in both wet and dry conditions and performing tasks such as scrubbing, bending, and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Sanitation is only performed on Sundays during the day, then those same people will be on a night shift for Mon and Tuesday
  • Sanitation duties on Sundays from 6am to 6pm, involving extensive cleaning, scrubbing, bending, and kneeling.
  • Hand-casing tasks on Mondays and Tuesdays from 6pm to 6am, including building boxes and placing buns in them with minimal lifting required.
• Pan Handlers responsibilities from 10pm to 6:30am, Monday night through Saturday morning, ensuring dough for buns is stocked with pans.
• Maintain attention to detail and adhere to safety protocols during all shifts.

Essential Skills

• Ability to stand for 12 hours.
• Capability to reach, bend, and kneel continuously throughout the shift.
• Basic understanding of general production and sanitation processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• One year of manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for either position.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate-controlled environment, which may get very hot in the summer, particularly around ovens. The role occasionally involves working with chemicals, and the noise level can vary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
