This is a field‑based role covering Northern Scotland, where you’ll be out on the road each day, delivering expert repairs and peace of mind in customers’ homes and workplaces. The Role As a Furniture Repair Technician, you’ll assess, diagnose and repair a wide range of furniture, aiming for first‑visit resolutions and consistently high standards. You’ll work independently but remain closely connected to a supportive team that values your expertise, ideas and feedback. What You’ll Do Visit customers to assess and repair upholstery, leather, wood and furniture items Deliver high‑quality, professional repairs with a customer‑first approach Complete accurate documentation and return information promptly Work towards first‑visit resolution and quality targets Promote care kits where appropriate Maintain your vehicle, tools and presentation to a high standard Share feedback and ideas to support continuous improvement What We’re Looking For Aged 18+ with a full UK driving licence (up to 6 points accepted) Hands‑on repair experience, ideally with furniture, wood or leather Confidence working in customers’ homes and representing the business professionally Beneficial Excellent attention to detail Clear communication and good time‑management Willingness to follow processes while adapting to different situations What’s In It for You?
