We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Associate / Night Auditor who is flexible and able to work both day/evening front desk shifts and overnight night audit shifts as needed. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service while ensuring accurate nightly financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out

• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries

• Answer phone calls and manage reservations

• Process payments and maintain accurate records

• Perform night audit duties including balancing daily transactions and reports

• Ensure the safety and security of the property during overnight shifts

• Coordinate with housekeeping and management as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred in Synix.

• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Comfortable working overnight shifts for night audit

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
