**Position Overview:**
The Field Foreman will oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating team activities, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead field crews on various cleaning and painting projects.
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed by team members.
- Coordinate materials and equipment needed for each job site.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and clients regarding project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Train and mentor new employees on proper techniques and safety practices.
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in the construction or maintenance industry, preferably in cleaning and painting.
- Previous supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
