Project Manager – Data Center

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Project: Hyperscale Data Center

Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the execution of electrical scopes on a large-scale hyperscale data center project. This role requires strong experience managing complex commercial or industrial electrical work, ideally within mission-critical, infrastructure-heavy, or high-load environments.

The PM will be responsible for financial performance, schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, and client communication from preconstruction through closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical project execution from kickoff through completion
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Oversee subcontractor performance and workforce coordination
• Review drawings, specifications, and change orders
• Coordinate with GC, owner, engineers, and internal leadership
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality expectations
• Support procurement of major electrical equipment (switchgear, transformers, generators, etc.)
• Drive successful project delivery while maintaining margin targets

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical project management
• Background in commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects preferred
• Experience with medium-voltage systems, switchgear, generators, and complex power distribution
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling and cost control
• Experience working in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
• Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia

Compensation

• Base salary ($130,000 - $180,000)
• Performance-based bonus
