Applicants for the Director of Technology position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role. Technical mastery in PHP, Laravel, React, React Native, Snowflake, PostgreSQL/SQL/MySQL, Firebase, and AWS (specifically S3) is essential, as is expert-level proficiency in Git version control. The role also demands exceptional communication skills, operational excellence in managing distributed teams, and a strong sense of accountability with a player-coach mindset.
