The Detail Manager at The Mason Automotive Group in Lugoff, SC will lead and inspire our detailing team to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a hands-on leader who fosters a motivated and positive work environment, demonstrating craftsmanship and pride in every vehicle detailed. The successful candidate will oversee the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) process, help clean and maintain vehicles on the lot, and ensure the detailing area remains respectable and orderly at all times. Adaptability to detail and clean vehicles in varying weather conditions is essential.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the detailing team to achieve high-quality results.
• Create and maintain a motivated, productive, and positive work atmosphere.
• Demonstrate craftsmanship and pride in all detailing tasks.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on vehicles to ensure they meet company standards.
• Assist in cleaning vehicles for the car lot to maintain a clean and attractive inventory.
• Keep the work area respectable, organized, and safe at all times.
• Adapt to and perform vehicle detailing and cleaning regardless of weather conditions.

• Previous experience in vehicle detailing or automotive care preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining quality standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
• Dependable and able to maintain consistent work hours.

• Competitive hourly pay of $14.00 - $20.00, paid weekly.
