Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Detail Manager to lead our vehicle reconditioning operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily workflow, maintaining our high standards for vehicle presentation, and managing a team of detailers to consistently deliver showroom-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Hire, train, and mentor a team of detailers to maintain efficiency and consistency.
• Quality Control: Inspect every completed vehicle to ensure it meets our rigorous standards before delivery.
• Workflow Management: Coordinate daily schedules and prioritize tasks to meet dealership or customer deadlines.
• Hands-on Detailing: Perform high-level detailing tasks as needed, including paint correction, polishing, and ceramic coating application.
• Inventory & Equipment: Monitor supply levels and ensure all detailing tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally and implement solutions that protect our brand.

Qualifications

• Experience: professional automotive detailing experience; in a supervisory or management role.
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of detailing chemicals, high-speed buffing, paint correction, and interior reconditioning.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
