The Curriculum Developer will assist in the development, execution, and periodic review of a Training Support Package (TSP) for engagement operators within an internet-based program in Tampa, FL. This role conducts analysis of training requirements, designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements. The Curriculum Developer incorporates authoritative changes, best practice changes, emerging technologies, and proscribed systems into the TSP. Clearance Required: TS/SCI eligibility required. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Responsibilities Design instructionally valid training materials, relevant to the program in accordance with the DOW guidelines/TM/JP and other relevant documents. Conduct research of the curricula to determine what materials and resources should be added or adapted to meet learning objectives. Ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, training hierarchies, instructional materials, and evaluation plans.
