Job Description
As a Composite Technician 3 you will be responsible for the fabrication of aerospace components. This production line consists of multiple products incorporating composite manufacturing technology and processes. We are looking for an experienced composite technician. One who applies working knowledge of bonding techniques, using precision instruments, hand tools, autoclaves, chemicals, and various equipment.


In this position you will perform composite layup and mechanical assembly operations to military specifications by utilizing process sheets, drawings and written or verbal instructions. This role will be responsible for learning and understanding the entire build process. In your career as a Composite Technician 3 you will work on continuous improvement initiatives to improve production efficiency and quality.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of composite work experience or equivalent manufacturing experience
  • Understanding of manufacturing principles

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • 2+ years of composite work experience or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of lean/six sigma principles in a manufacturing environment




Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $57319 - $91710

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
