Job Overview Job Title: Clinical Research Assistant-2 Department: Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Job Description Summary To provide assistance in support of clinical research studies in the Department Obstetrics and Gynecology/Maternal Fetal Medicine Division in partnership with the College of Medicine Center for Clinical Research Management; assists with implementation and coordination of studies; participates in recruitment of study participants; performs behavioral or diagnostic testing; assists with collection maintenance & reporting of clinical research data. Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences, health sciences or medical field, or equivalent combination of education experience. Skills and Experience Desired Experience in research capacity desired Knowledge or experience in specialty may be desired Experience in phlebotomy may be desired Experience performing basic laboratory procedures to process biological specimens may be desired Computer skill required with knowledge of database software applications desired Functional/Career Details FUNCTION/SUBFUNCTION: Research and Scholarship/Clinical Research CAREER BAND: Technical-Individual Contributor

Additional Information Some travel within the Columbus Metropolitan area may be required. Locations include Outpatient Care East, Outpatient New Albany, Dublin, Powell, Martha Morehouse, and Upper Arlington. This is a patient facing position and does not have a hybrid or remote option.
