A leading private practice is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible urologist to join its rapidly expanding Charlotte division! Practice Highlights:
* General urology and subspeciality opportunities with the ability to incorporate subspecialty interests
* Join a rapidly growing physician-owned and physician-led organization
* Immediate patient volume and strong referral base

* APPs assist in call, helping reduce physician burden
* Collaborative and extensive APP infrastructure throughout the organization, with about a 1:1 APP-to-physician ratio
* Call responsibilities are shared and considered non-burdensome
* Physicians practice within designated geographic regions and cover hospitals within their area
* Dedicated OR and ASC block time available
* Typical schedule of 3 clinic days / 2 OR days
* Teaching opportunities available with premedical and medical students
* Competitive compensation package including sign-on and relocation bonuses
* Ancillary opportunities include pharmacy, PAE, imaging, IOD, pathology, PET scanner, clinical research, ASC and more
* Partnership track available after approximately 24 months
