Papillion Sanitation , a Waste Connections company, is looking for a safety-conscious Local Route Driver to join our expanding team in Bellevue, Nebraska !
No CDL? No problem! We provide the truck, training, and even pay for your CDL to help you grow your career.
What You'll Do
Participate in classroom, yard, and on-the-road training to prepare for the CDL exam
Learn and follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
Assist with pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Practice safe vehicle operation under the supervision of a certified trainer
Develop knowledge of routes, delivery procedures, and customer service
Perform general labor or warehouse tasks when not in training
What We're Looking For
Minimum age: 21+ (per DOT requirements)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Dependable, safety-focused, and customer-service oriented
Ability to lift 75lbs as needed

Pay Range | $18 - $24 per hour
Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - Route Complete
