Position and Location We are seeking qualified, bilingual candidates for the position of Consumer Affairs Representative I (French) at our Southern Pines, NC and Richmond, Virginia facilities. This is a hybrid, salaried, overtime-eligible role with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Employees work remotely on Mondays and Fridays , with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday. Role Summary As the first point of contact for our customers, this position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and representing our brand with professionalism and care. Compensation This role includes a structured step-increase program designed to support development and reward performance: Starting Salary: $39,000 annually Scheduled Pay Increases: At 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months , based on performance and tenure Qualifications & Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Six months of customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Computer skills with experience in data entry, e-mail, and the Internet across multiple systems The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment EEO & Employment Eligibility Our employees enjoy working in a tobacco-free and drug-free environment.
