Overview

About this Position:

The Associate Creative Director, Experience Design brings bold ideas and a passion for creating standout digital experiences. • Work cross functionally and help identify user requirements to shape and prioritize feature sets across multiple platforms
  • Colaborate and maintain an adaptable, scalable design system that seamlessly aligns with our brand identity, ensuring a consistent user experience across all digital platforms.
  • Embrace both user testing and A/B testing as methodologies to understand what design and interactions best work toward acquiring more members and retaining them
  • Lead projects, create and communicate concepts to clients and team members
  • Guide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers and creatives, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence in system design and user experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, using new tools and methodologies to inspire and drive innovation within the design team.
What You Bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree, ideally
  • 5+ years of mobile design and UX experience, with 2+ years' experience in managing teams (bonus if that experience is at a creative agency)
  • A strong understanding of digital design and execution
  • Expertise with the latest version of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and G Suite
  • A robust portfolio that shows a range of user focused desktop and mobile design solutions
  • Experience with strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
  • Balanced interaction design skills, visual design sensibilities, and understanding of how subject areas exist together
  • Knowledge of motion graphic and interaction design skills
  • Experience and/or interest in 3D interaction patterns and interfaces both in 2D planes and within a 3D space
  • In-depth understanding of HTML/dHTML and the capabilities of web browsers
  • Experience with user testing and A/B testing
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong command of agile development processes and rituals
