We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Construction to support new clinic development and renovations across multiple markets. This role partners closely with the Director of Construction and the PMO to bring projects from planning through buildout and final turnover. The Role As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support all phases of construction management including scheduling, administration, procurement coordination, vendor management, and onsite buildout support. You Will Help Ensure Projects Are Delivered On time Within scope Financially controlled Aligned with LaserAway’s operational and brand standards What You’ll Do Project Scheduling & Controls Manage project schedules including start/finish dates, sequencing, durations, and progress tracking Identify risks, communicate delays, and evaluate lookahead opportunities Prepare daily and weekly project status reports Support documentation retention and close‑out processes Construction Administration Support construction documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders Perform quality assurance reviews of shop drawings and construction plans Ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications Procurement & Vendor Management Assist with procurement coordination including confirmation of electrical, lighting, and HVAC takeoffs Maintain active vendor communication and follow up on deliverables Manage purchase orders and vendor invoicing processes Field & Buildout Support Conduct periodic travel for site visits to monitor construction progress Support onsite store setup and fixturization Coordinate temporary labor for unloading, installation, and stocking activities Ensure execution aligns with LaserAway’s premium brand presentation What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field — or 2+ years of relevant experience Strong understanding of commercial tenant improvement construction and general building codes Familiarity with permitting processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong attention to detail with an analytical approach to problem solving Proficiency in Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Ability to supervise or assist with light general labor during buildouts Willingness to travel up to 20% Must reside within reasonable distance of a major international airport to support travel requirements Work Environment & Physical Requirements Remote‑based, virtual collaboration environment Periodic fieldwork and active construction site inspections Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 lbs Compensation & Benefits $80,000 – $85,000 annual salary (Exempt) Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Generous employee service discounts Performance review and growth opportunities Why LaserAway?
