Hours: 9am - 5pm w/1HR Lunch, 35hrs a week
Seeking Administrative Assistant for law firm in Chicago. Must have theee (3) years minimum of administrative exp. Must be articulate, enthusiastic, well-versed writing emails, answering office mainline, and communicating with c-suite executives, lawyers, and clients.
Knowledge using Microsoft Outlook 365, Word, Excel, Google Workspace, Adobe, Dropbox, Zoom and Teams. Comfortable taking direction and thinking out of the box. Familiar with calendar entries, invites, saving file paths, attachments, cloud drives, and network folder navigation. Must be professional, dependable, and savvy. Business-causal work environment. Super great group of people.
Position goes FULLY REMOTE in December 2026 but must be in the Chicago office daily until then.
Must pass a background and drug test.
Salary $40K - $50K annually depending on experience with vacation and medical benefits.
